- Shipping Methods: We have shipping partners that dispatch orders to customers swiftly within Lagos and for outside Lagos we use ABC transport and GIG Logistics. We will include the rates for shipping at the point of check out for your reference. Outside Nigeria orders are shipped via DHL.
- Shipping Costs: Prices depends on location. All shipping comes at a cost except we are offering some logistics discounts on the website which will be communicated.
- Delivery Timeframes: Delivery takes 1-3 business days within Lagos, 3-5 working days outside Lagos and 5-10 working days outside Nigeria.
- Shipping Notifications: Once your order has been placed, kindly wait patiently to receive your order. In the case we are running a promo, we will communicate all delivery information.
- Returns and Exchanges: customers will handle the cost for exchange.
